[Feature] Better Stat Charts:
Charts grounded at zero Farms only appear in Econ value when finished Warrens don't appear in Army Value New Net Worth Graph
Build 4.3.
[Feature] Skin Selection for: structures, commanders, mills/farms

[FIX]crash when cycling back to unchanged and leaving the skin select
Build 3.3. 9pm EST
[Feature] Skin Selection(bullets etc.)
[Change] Skin Name Formatting is now [name before]_skinid,
e.g. if I had a squirrel skin and chose the id Trex, squirrel.png would become squirrel_Trex.png, squirrel_tint would become squirrel_tint_TRex.png, etc.
Resetting the texture folder recommended
